Monday Night's Trail 101

Tonight was VR Training's Monday Night Trail 101. We ran Buckeye Trails Pine Lane and Valley Bridle Trail. We still had a cold snappy day today. Temps were in the mid to high 30's. No snow but plenty of mud!!!! We had Marta, Vince (VR Training & Vertical Runner), Amy, & ME (CHEF BILL). (note Vince flashing the trail 101 gang sign)
(Side note: the car behind Vince is a missing persons car. Vince was telling us Sunday the Rangers & Cops were out looking for the person on Pine Lane Trail...We didn't see anyone on are run, But if we did; they wouldn't have been missing right?

Vince want to see this camera & running thing in action. He thinks Mike (another runner & blogger) and I have someone taking pictures for us while we are running. I had to show him how I can set up shot using the timer.
Our run was about 50 minutes
The dogs would have had a blast out here today, but with all the mud it would have be a muddy mess.
I'm gearing up for my run this weekend in Columbus. La Salle Columbus 1/2 Marathon April 14, 2007. My last 1/2 Marathon (in Oct. 2006 in Columbus) I ran 1:54 minutes. I want to run under 1:50 minutes this time. I'm driving that morning then running the race. Starbucks will be on-call that morning.
Vince is heading to Virgina (Vince, What's the race?) on April 14, 2007 to run a 50 miler. Good Luck Vince!!! Try and take some pictures...if you have time.
