5:30am rise & shine!!!!! 5 mile run in the neighborhood. Just me, My C.C. Deville green eye-shadow colored shoes. Also running with me.... K'NEEN, Metallica, Smashing Pumpkins, Tool,Corn, and some Sixx AM.
